Now that's something I've never seen before. I've seen chickens for sale with the feet left on in Asian markets in the U.S. and in kosher butcher shops--that's fairly common. But with the guts left inside? I'd be very interested in the explanation for that, if you can somehow get an explanation out of anyone.<br /><br />I like the tactful way you handled the odor of the market. I know what Asian markets smell like and don't really mind it if it isn't too strong. I imagine that in this instance, though...
